Everyone (more or less) has to submit VAT returns through an app these days, so we’ll advise on the best-value app for you. 

The A4A SansDrama app is not designed for VAT-registered businesses, so if you are VAT-registered, we'll recommend a range of other apps for you.

We know that in many cases, tax for actors these days involves consideration of overseas taxation - whether you have been paid for just one or two gigs overseas, or whether large aspects of your life are international, and perhaps involve multiple destinations and properties. Whatever is happening for you, we are masters of the detail. We service clients with acting work and/or properties in the US, many EU countries, India, South Africa, Australia and others.

In the majority of cases, when you are resident in the UK, income that you have received in this way is part of the normal process of the actor's tax return, and so we deal with it for you without any fuss. If you have had occasional work or income overseas, we do not make any extra charge on our fees detailed above.

Occasionally, if you have a complex taxation position in another country, we will charge a supplementary fee to deal with it for you - but we will always quote a fixed price in advance of any work starting.
